2.0 Overview
This section outlines the commissioning workflow required to bring all devices online, upload schedules, and verify system functionality. Follow each step in order to ensure a successful commissioning process.
2.1 Commissioning Steps
Step 1 — Connect the NUC
Plug the NUC into any empty switch port on the rack (Top, Middle, or Bottom switch).
Ensure the NUC powers on and link lights are active.
Step 2 — Connect Your Laptop to Unit Wi‑Fi
Join the unit’s Wi‑Fi network:
- Wi‑Fi Name: Unit‑Name‑ Atlantic Club
- Password: password@123
The router will have a label showing the exact SSID and password.
Step 3 — Access the Software (Static IP)
Open a browser and enter the static IP address assigned to the NUC.
(We will finalize the static IP scheme — placeholder for now.)
This opens the commissioning dashboard.
Step 4 — Upload Pull Schedule
Navigate to the Settings page.
Upload the Pull Schedule file for the unit.
This loads all device names, node IDs, Cable Id’s.

Step 5 — Discover & Verify Device List

Add the subnet/Ip range for the devices to be populated on the page and hit discover.
All devices should appear as:
Uncommissioned
If any device is missing, check:
- PoE cable connection
- Label alignment with device plan
- Switch port link lights
Step 6 — Run “Commission All”
Click the Commission All button.
The system will begin programming every device.
Wait 10–15 minutes for the full commissioning cycle to complete.
Step 7 — Confirm Online Status
Once commissioning completes, each device should show:
Online
If all devices show Online, the unit is fully commissioned and ready.
If any device remains Offline, troubleshoot:
- Cable labeling
- PoE power
- Switch port link
- Node connection
